Terms & Conditions

• By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all terms incorporated by reference.
• If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, do not participate in this program. These terms and conditions apply to your access, and participation in the C21 Malhar Club Program which is operated by Chhabra Group.
• The C21 Malhar Club membership ensures exclusive benefits including earning points on shopping, etc. Points are valid for 12 months from the time of earning.
• The membership is non-transferable and is linked to your registered mobile number.
• Membership privileges cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Use of earned points and membership to the program constitutes your acceptance of the terms & conditions of The C21 Malhar Club Program as prescribed or amended from time to time by C21 Malhar.
• The decision of the company shall be final. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indore Court only.
• These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Chhabra Group for products, services, etc.
• CHHABRA GROUP reserves the right to change, modify or terminate the C21 Club Program terms and conditions, policies, FAQ, or guideline about The C21 Malhar Club Program at any time and its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the C21 website / mobile app, and due to such changes or modifications your rights will be waived, which you may have been entitled to receive.
• Participating C21 Malhar stores include all maximum owned and franchised stores. At these stores, both earning & redemption are possible.
• Maximum C21 Malhar stores are online at all times and crediting of accrued points from these stores will be done within 48 hours of purchase. However, in the case of stores that are offline or have intermittent connection issues, the points will be credited once the connection is re-established.
• In the case where a manual bill is given to the customer, as long as the customer’s mobile number is registered on the bill, the points will be credited to their account once the invoice is synced into the system. This will incur a delay of up to a few days.
• 21 Malhar will not be held responsible for any delay in the crediting of the Reward Points to the Member’s account.
• When a store is working on Manual Billing mode, there will be no redemption of points. Any bills that are created on manual bill books will not allow for point redemption against them. Your points are valid for 1 year (12 months) on a rolling basis. This means that the points that were earned 12 months ago will expire, but the ones that have been earned after that will remain valid until they reach their 12-month expiry. However, from time to time, C21 Malhar may run tactical campaigns where the points expire over different periods. Please follow the campaigns for specific detail of each bonus point issuance.
• You can use your existing points balance to buy items that are discounted
• Spends on discounted items will also be considered as a part of your total annual spending while considering your tier upgrades or downgrades.
• Chhabra Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your participation if CHHABRA GROUP determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, i.e. you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. If your participation in The C21 Malhar Club Program is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
• Without notice to you, CHHABRA GROUP reserves the right to change the value assigned to each ‘Point’ earned within the program.
• Without notice to you, CHHABRA GROUP also reserves the right to “unregister" and make it ineligible for The C21 Malhar Club Program or account that has been inactive for Two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no spends made against the registered mobile number. If your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated points in your account are void.
• There is no membership fee associated with this program.
• Points accumulated under the program have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
• C21 MALHAR may introduce promotion programs relating to The C21 Malhar Club Program whereby these Terms and Conditions may be varied as applicable to such programs. Your Points, benefits, registered in your account under The C21 Malhar Club Program are personal to you, and except expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions or the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.
• You authorize Chhabra Group to disclose your information registered on our program site to Government authorities or competent authorities or credit bureaus or to the third persons, to comply with its obligations under the law. Further, you also authorize C21 Malhar to use your information for offering products and services to you, including from its associates /partners, unless specified otherwise.
• CHHABRA GROUP will not be responsible for any loss of Rewards points by any given measures.
• You are solely responsible to check that your points balance and transactions have been properly credited to your account. No request for retrospective credit of points will be entertained unless otherwise specified.
• Unless otherwise indicated, the Sites and all content and other materials therein, including, without limitation, the C21 Malhar logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of the Company or its licensors or users and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Sites and Site Materials for personal, informational, and shopping purposes. Such license is subject to the Terms of Use and does not include:
  1. any resale or commercial use of the Sites or Site Materials
  2. the collection and use of any product listings, pictures, or descriptions
  3. the distribution, public performance, or public display of any Site Materials
  4. modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Sites and the Site Materials, or any portion thereof
  5. use of any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
  6. downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Sites, the Site Materials or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Sites; or
  7. any use of the Sites or the Site Materials other than for its intended purpose. Any use of the Sites or Site Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of the Company, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including, without limitation, copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as conferring in any manner, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any title or ownership of, or exclusive use-rights to, any intellectual property or other right and any goodwill associated therewith.
