Cancellation protect feature entitles the user to an enhanced refund policy on movie ticket bookings through Paytm.
Cancellation Protect feature is available only for a limited number of seats and on select cinemas.
In case you opt for Cancellation Protect during the movie ticket booking on Paytm:
You will receive your movie booking id and seat details 2 hours prior to the show time
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made upto 2 hours prior to show time
No cancellations are entertained for requests post receiving movie booking id and seat details.
Upon cancellation up to 2 hours prior to show time, you will 100% refund of the movie ticket price only in your source bank account within 7-10 working days
Refund will only be given for the movie ticket amount, any additional amount paid for Cancellation Protect, convenience fee or food and beverages will be non-refundable. Partial cancellation of an order will not be allowed.
Benefits of any applied promocode on the order will be considered as redeemed / fulfilled if the tickets are cancelled by the customer
Cancellation Protect charges are non-refundable even if the tickets aren't cancelled
