1) Ticket cancellation facility is available only for tickets/ Food & Beverages (F&B)
2) Transaction can be cancelled only after 10 minutes of booking the tickets/F&B.
3) For tickets cancelled up to 3 hours before show start time, 75%* of ticket value and 100% of F&B value will be refunded.
4) Refund will not be applicable for cancellation done within 3 hrs of show start time.
5) In case of F&B booking (without ticket) through any mode, there is no cancellation available.
6) No refund will be given for booking done through or amount paid by Gift cards/Voucher/Promotions/corporate bookings/special screening and Block bookings. 
7) Cancellation is not valid for tickets booked using TMW wallet option.
8) No partial cancellation is allowed. Ticket purchaser will have to cancel the complete transaction through which the ticket (s) were booked.
9) Convenience fee, other charges and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
10) Ticket Purchaser shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the discount /benefit offer being availed.
11) The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in minimum 10 working days.
